Tanjariitta Anttila will lead you through a series of yin yoga poses (slow, deep stretching, seated poses) and Jamie Wyman will take you on a sonic journey with some meditative vocal loops and some more traditional singer-songwriter stuff. 

PLUS, if you really want to commit to an evening of restoration, you can add Sauna! Sauna 60° is a traditional Finnish Sauna, right next door to the yoga space. It will begin when yoga ends...6:30-8:00 PM.
